Please check the item descriptions and their pictures carefully before ordering. Returns will not be accepted due to an item being incorrectly ordered by virtue of not reading the description correctly. 

If goods have somehow been damaged in transit, there will be signs of damage to the external packaging and you MUST retain all of the packaging as evidence until the Carrier or Delivery Agent has had a chance to inspect it or until we tell you it can be disposed of. Failure to do this may affect your ability to claim for damaged goods.

ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE MUST BE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS

Where goods have been 'signed for', ensure you make a note on the signature panel if you see any damage 'Uninspected' or 'Damaged' will usually suffice as an annotation. The carrier may refuse to accept damage reported later if this is not done.
