POLTERGEISTS

Also know as noisy Ghosts, as they can cause loud bangs, move things, throw things, and can be quite active.
Its thought these are caused by living people with suppressed emotions, mostly young people, teenagers, and mostly girls.
They feed off negativity, and fear. The person causing the activity is not aware they are doing it.
These can last for hours or months. They can be quite frighting, which only adds to the energy and activity level.

Its thought by changing negative attitudes, and talking about things that are bothering you (that you may be keeping bottled up), you can get rid of them.
