I'm sure all of you have heard the saying "In like a lion and out like a lamb" describeing the weather on the first day of March. If it is wild on the first day then it will be warm and mild on the last. "In like a Lamb" will therefore be "out like a lion."

High winds and severe storms just north and west of me at around midnight and just heave storm with tiny bit of hail during the wee hours of the AM by time hubby left at 4;55 am it was just rainy and kinda chilly.... so I hope it is a lamb most if March.....got fingers crossed!

Ive heard it, ours is coming in like a Lion, strong winds, storms, and a cold front, so we will go out like a Lamb.

Looks like we all had the same crappy weather, Looking forward to the coming mild weather. Yesterday I bought a toy black faced Lamb for grandaughter and two windup hopping toys , a chick and a rabbit. Of course we had to try out all the toys to make sure they were in working order. He He!!
