Chakra Meditation

Here is a meditation that helps clean out the chakras, and at the end it gives back to mother earth..enjoy…

::Start off by grounding yourself by imagining roots from the earth growing up around your feet and ankles.

(note: you can either stand or kneel, whichever is more comfy for you)

Close your eyes, and start with your Root Chakra:
visualize a red ball starting to spin and opening up into a lotus flower, and imagine it start to spin faster like a vortex. Once you have this in your mind and spinning really good, move onto the next chakra….

Work your way through each chakra, opening them up, and spinning them like vortexes,

red for root,
orange for solar plexus,
yellow for navel,
green for heart,
blue for throat,
indigo for third eye,
and purple for crown chakra..

Keep all the chakras spinning , seeing the colors moving fast, and as you do this, also now…

imagine that the spinning vortexes of color start pushing out this ugly black energy out of each one. this black energy is negative energy!!, and needs to be out of your body.

While you’re doing this, hold out your right hand, and imagine a white energy flowing into your hand, and through your body to each chakra to purify it, this takes several minutes to do.

While you’re doing that, hold your left hand out, and while the right one is pulling in white energy to each chakra, imagine that all the black negative energy is being sucked out of your left hand and into the earth.

It’s better to have your left hand touching the ground so it flows there, instead of into the air around you. Imagine that mother earth is soaking up the black energy from your left hand while the god of air is filling your right hand iwth that beautiful purifying white energy.

And don’t worry, mother earth will take that black negative energy and turn it into something positive, and this is why it’s called giving back to the earth. Doesn’t matter what kind of energy it is, just give back some energy, and mother earth uses it to her advantage either way.

Keep this up until you feel light and airy and you feel that all the negative energy is finally gone. Sometimes this can take up to ten to twenty minutes for those who are around negative influences a lot. it’s all up to you and how your body reacts to things and your environment.

When you’re done, thank the air element/god, and thank mother earth as well for giving you the grounding you needed. Unground yourself and go about your daily life. Make sure to eat something now, or drink something so you don’t get dizzy. (sometimes this type of cleansing can leave one feeling “out of place.”)
