Dont let anyone tell you 'you have to do......" then we will.... BS! Mine have told me that on my having so many books, and yarn, crafts \, doll and yes critters.. but it is not costing them ANYTHING! And oh they don't hesitate to ask for stuff from me when they need it I'm sure you have had that as well? shakes head.. No love them, wish them well, even pray for them if your inclined to but nope no money or your car or anything like that.
They didn't want you or need you when you needed/wanted them so pish on them....
(Should have seen all families face when I let son sit in jail 1st time when I could have bailed him out)
