Old contractor responded to a very mean call today...
Stayed gone for three months...
Wouldn't answer any calls or texts....
Turned off furnace and sabotaged thermostat.....
Now comes saying I owe for what he did in house...
If he completes contract then we talk...
I owe him pain and suffering and problems and all he has caused me.....
I've all but said it...
I'm agitated and miffed and slightly apprehensive.....

Which place are you staying at the most/ And which place does he/did he contact you at?
I will "ummphh" up the "hedge" and maybe add a few safe guards as well!
it might be time for a "banishment" spell? I will go see what more I can did up...

Change the locks, you know you might be able to file charges if he tore things up.

Or leave him a bad review on Angie's list, people check that all the time.

I would also tell him your going to call the police and the better business bureau if he doesn't give you your keys..... after you explain what he has done or not done? They will go after him I'm sure...

and I'm also sure just hearing that your thinking of going to them or better yet the news channels? He will be glad to hand you your keys.

2 works for you does a awesome job here in Tulsa... for folks that have troubles with stuff similar to this..it cant hurt at least if nothing else works?

Thanks for the extra protection you mentioned... she who should not be named is coming over today to bring me a birthday present... trembles in anger....hubby wont stand up to her and tell her to stay away and I don't dare talk to her yet I will throw everything off when I blow my stack.....
