What the heck, a man ploughs into pedestrians on Westminster bridge, then tries to force his way into the houses of parliament killing a policeman. Two known dead and more than 20 injured including a group of French Children

I cant for the life of me understand why people do there random acts of violence on innocent people, Bless all the family's.

I have some family that are going to London in the summer, I bet they will not go now. I don't think that even know about it happening. They don't watch the news at all. I would still go, if I could. You can't let things like this stop you from living.

It is not that many years ago that visits to London were perilous because of the IRA. They didn't frighten us off then and this lot won't now. The only people who believe this is the will of Allah are the poor sad souls that have no understanding of the Islamic faith.

I agree with you SilverMoonTiger, i was walking from the tube in London when the IRA blew up the recruiting office many years ago now, they also blew up one of our local pubs in Maidstone.

When hubby and I were in Scotland, we sat outside the airport having a cigarette with some Flight Staff. The next day a man drove a truck right through the wall of the airport exactly where we all had been sitting. It is amazing how close to disaster you can be.

When I saw the video of the shooter in the airport, he had passed some older people then pulled the gun and started firing, they were really close to him, and I thought of my big woppen X husband, he would have tackled him to the ground, I know he would have. We have been in plenty airports, just not the right time and place, yep makes you wonder??
