Pales is a Goddess of Flocks and Sheppards. Her festival was called the Parilia, was celebrated on April 21. Cattle were driven through bonfires on this day and offerings of millet, cakes, and milk were then presented before Pales.

That's what I thought! I have a goddess doll of Hecate I don't know where exactly the info is gotten from on the "White Goddess" site normally is from really rare or unheard of pantheons.

Demeter is the Goddess of Corn, Grain, the Harvest and fertility of the earth. She is also the goddess of the sanctity of marriage, the sacred law, and the cycle of life and death. She and her daughter Persephone were the central figures of the Eleusinian Mysteries. Her festival the Thesmorphia, held on October 11-13th, was for women to celebrate their private customs. Demeter was usually portrayed on a chariot, and frequently associated with images of the harvest, including flowers, fruit, and grain.

Aine is the Goddess of Love and Fertility, summer, wealth and sovereignty. She is associated with the Sun and sometimes represented by a red mare. As the goddess of love and fertility, she had command over crops and animals and is also associated with agriculture. Aine is strongly associated with County Limerick. The hill of Knockainy is named after her, and was site of rites in her honour, involving fire and the blessing of the land.

Illapa
Weather God

llapa ("thunder and lightning") is the God of Weather. His festival was on July 25. He was said to keep the Milky Way in a jug and use it to create rain. He appeared as a man in shining clothes, carrying a club and stones. He was formerly the main god of the Kingdom of Qulla after which the Qullasuyu province of the Inca Empire was named.
