Another witch here?

I may be mistaken...
I think though there may be a witch (a nice witch) living across the street....
I saw candles flickering the other night..,.
And she had a garage sale the other day(nothing to do with witcherey; wished I had had time and money to support her because I need to have one too...)....
I did wave and she spdid too....
I notice the neighbors do not have much to do with her, or she them...
And today she put a scarecrow or something on the front yard...
Now I know I may be jumping the broom here, but I would like to know...
I believe someone knows about me because I burn insence at night out front, and snoopy people know my altar is in the back yard (no mistaking it for anything else)...
So I am wondering how to find out or ask her...
My cousin said just ask her....
If she becomes highly insulted, she probably is NOT...
if she asks me why I should probably presume her to be, and tell her I am one....
And she may just tell me....
Any ideas on how to play this out?
Or should I look for more signs?

Yes, it is a delicate question to ask if someone is a witch. You could ask if she is Wiccan, that seems to be the appropriate way. She may say "Something like that" and that would be a way in to continue the conversation. Burning candles and insence alone does not make a Witch. She may be a Yogi. Or she was having a romantic dinner.

Invite her over to sit a spell in your back yard just to get acquainted, if she's a Witch she will love your Altar and the two of you could be off and running. (have a few refreshments) you know "hey come on over I'm new to the neighborhood"

Ok I know the insence and candles does not alone a witch make....
I know no one supported her yard sale too....
I know people are funny about that around here....
And maybe just cause it's early, but she is the only one with halloweenish decore....
And I do not in the 4years over here remember any Halloween anything....
Also, I was burning insence in my front yard, and candles before I saw hers...
And was almost drawn to do or say something to her....
As far as back yard entertaining, it will be awhile...
The garage is jam packed, and when the flood came it flooded the back yard, garage, basement...
So I have dogs in the living room again....
Though I am still keeping some sort of order....
Was too sick yesterday pda's to begin bleaching the basement...
So I will have to try something else with her...
Ouroboros, I like the way you come up with other possible scenarios....
It would of been awkward had I gone over there cause of some silly candles, only to discover she and another doing yoga, or whatever people do at romantic dinners (been awhile, and I have also forgotten how to ride a bike...)..
I am thinking to see what happens....
If for me to know, it will come out....

I can spot a Witch a mile away!! Ill usually comment on there jewelry, or give em a little wink, or nod, they know and usually respond. But down here I'm afraid it might be hard to find one.
They are all over Lexington. just go to the mall
