Do you grow your own?

I most definitely do. Or at least as many of them as I can. I like to know they are organic and not polluted.

Hi Silvermoontiger, I have a small herb garden in a planter, What herbs would you recommend growing from a whtchy point of view.

I think it is really an individual choice. We all have our own individual preferences based on our own paths and preferences. It also depends on the size of the planter.Sage is always good, and rosemary too. Both do quite well in planters.

So, I did plant some herbs in a large planter. I have Greek Oregano, thyme , parsley and chives. Today I picked them and have separated the leaves from the stems and I am drying them.
I have read that it is recommended to pick your herbs on Midsummer. I forgot that, if I had remembered I think I would have had two crops.
Anyway, now they are drying and my entire house smells herbally delicious.
